Find a video that you want to embed. I'm picking this one:
Click on the video and, by the like and dislike buttons, locate the "Share" button.
In the "Share" window, click on "Embed"
In this window, you can optimize things like the height or width of the video to fit your liking.
Once you're satisfied, copy the code and paste it into your html file.
